Now located inside Grainology Distillery on Flinn Street in Batavia.

While we can't fry 'em up on site, we do have premade dough for you to take home and make for your family and friends in your own kitchen. It's the very same recipe we use each week and we'll send you with instructions on how to roll out and fry up the beignets perfectly.

Oh! And one more thing - we've teamed up with Alex from Cake Eater Bakery to bring you fresh, eat-on-the-spot scones and cakes.

Of course you can still get a fresh cup of hot chicory coffee inside the market to keep you warm as the weather cools down.
