Our dough comes ready-to-go so all you'll need to do is roll it, cut it out and fry it up in a pan, deep fryer, or air fryer. A yummy homemade treat that'll have you smacking your lips in no time. DIRECTIONS

1. Allow dough to come to room temperature

2. GENEROUSLY flour a clean, flat surface

3. Roll dough out to roughly 1/4" being mindful that the edges of the dough are the same thickness as the center

4. Cut beignets to desired size (ex: 2" x 3", 3" x 3") 

5. PAN/POT/DEEP FRYING *RECOMMENDED*  For air-frying, skip to step 9. In a pan or pot, bring a high-heat oil like canola, grapeseed, or cottonseed oil,  to 375 degrees F. Oil should be deep enough for beignets to fully submerge.

6. Place several beignets in the oil and wait for them to float to the top of the oil and start to puff up. 

7. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side or until a golden brown.  Important: Be sure to flip the beignets after a  minute or two or you'll have a half-done beignet! 

8. Take beignets out of the oil and place on a paper-towel lined plate. Allow beignets to cool for about 1-2 minutes and then cover in powdered sugar. Yum! 

9. AIR FRYER If pan/pot/deep frying, skip this step.   In a 3.5-quart air fryer to 350 degrees F. Add enough beignets for a single layer and spray them lightly with cooking spray. Cook until puffed and golden, about 6 minutes.

10. Enjoy with a hot cup of chicory coffee, tea, or cocoa!
